Our Priorities

The DRWS will focus our time, treasure and talents of our volunteer Board, Staff, Volunteers and Members to concentrate on the following priorities:
number 1
Foster Collaborative Partnerships

Fostering collaborative partnerships with public, private, quasi and governmental organizations, communities, and our members to facilitate Watershed health and sustainability.

number 2
Partner with Educational Entities

Partnering with educational entities and students to grow our ‘Citizen Scientist’ corp to ensure that the public is informed of the Watersheds water quality and safety levels on a frequent basis.

number 3
Provide Information

To provide science based information to our local, regional, and state stake-holders and public as a whole.

number 4
Focus on the Watershed

To create a responsive, transparent, transformative, and sustainable organization that is beholden to the best interest and sustainability of the Watershed and the communities that are reliant on its viability.

number 5
Always Make Friends
